Gene content network

In this analysis, each colored dot is a strain and each white dot is an annotated gene. White lines connect genes to the genomes they are found in, allowing you to visualize the shared and unique gene content of your strains. Strains and genes are positioned using a force-directed graph layout which positions genomes with similar genes closer together.

Assembly metrics

The sequences for each sample were assembled into contigs using CoreBiome's proprietary StrainView analysis pipeline. Contigs greater than 1000 bases in length were used in the QUAST (Mikheenko, et al. Bioinformatics. 2016) analysis below.
